I'm Jonas Schumacher, a real estate broker with Windermere Real Estate / Whatcom, Inc. in Birch Bay–Blaine. I help buyers and sellers throughout Whatcom County — Blaine, Birch Bay, Semiahmoo, Ferndale, Lynden, Bellingham and the communities in between.

Why I Do This

I'm originally from Germany and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2017. Relocating across continents taught me how exciting — and how overwhelming — it can be to find a new place to call home. That experience shapes how I work: patient, thorough and always honest about the tradeoffs.

I'm married with two kids, so I know the right neighborhood, schools and commute matter as much as the house itself.
